Make Real Food is based in Truckee, CA. We make artisanally smoked salmon from wild, sustainably caught sockeye salmon direct from Bristol Bay, AK. The owner of Make Real Food, Jeff Pratt, is also a commercial salmon fisherman and food enthusiast. It has also been a dream to combine these two aspects of his life, and so in 2012, Make Real Food was born. Keep checking in to see new offerings as they become available!
